PVC Ball Valves
PVC ball valves contain a spherical disc designed to control the flow of fluids through them. The sphere has a hole through the middle of it so that when the hole is parallel to the end of the valve, fluids can pass through unimpeded. When the valve is shut off, the hole turns perpendicular to the ends of the valve, stopping the flow completely.
