Sch 40 PVC Plugs


Schedule 40 PVC plugs are used to plug an unused fitting outlet, such as a port on a tee, or to close off the end of a pipe. It is similar to a cap, except it fits inside the fitting it is mated to, so PVC plug ends can be threaded or have a spigot end.

Generally speaking, a threaded end is used to provide a connection point that can be used in the future. Spigot ends allow for easy slip installation, and once primed and cemented, the plug will not be removed.

Our plugs are constructed of schedule 40 PVC, so they are sturdy and reasonably priced. We offer schedule 40 PVC plugs in sizes ranging from ½” to 14”.
